Finance Business Partner – North Dublin – up to €75,000 plus up to 15% bonus – Hybrid
Our client based in North Dublin has just undergone a team restructure. This has resulted in the need for a new Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A Team. Very exciting! Working with one of the nicest guys in the business, this will be a great opportunity for someone, ideally practice trained with a couple of years post practice experience.
Responsibilities
- Working with the corporate functions this role will liaise with HR, IT and Marketing to better understand finance, budgets, expenses etc
- Work with each department on budgets, forecasts, analysis, variances and take corrective actions where necessary
- Conduct return on investment analysis, develop financial models, implement automation where possible to ensure improved efficiencies
- Prepare and present monthly & quarterly financial reports to senior management
- Assist with business cases to allow informed decision making
Requirements
- Qualified accountant – ideally working in an FP&A/commercial role previously
- Due to the amount of interaction with other teams, excellent communication is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment is key
- Proficient in financial modelling, analysis and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a natural curiosity needed
Remuneration
- Up to €75,000 depending on experience, plus up to 15% bonus, 5% pension & 25 days annual leave
