Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful investment firms with a 40+ year track record of investment excellence. They are looking at hiring a number of candidates in Q1 2025 due to further growth and expansion.
This position will sit on a team that is responsible for the analysis of portfolio company financial statements, financial modelling, valuation and corporate / financial structures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring portfolio company trading performance through detailed financial statements analysis & dialogue with the company
- Investment analysis
- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committee
The key attributes required from successful candidates are:
- 2-4 years relevant experience at minimum (i.e. investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction services, restructuring, deals or corporate audit)
- Excellent academic background
- ACA or CFA qualified not essential but preferred
- Strong commercial awareness
- A deep understanding of financial statements / financial modelling
