Our client is a leading global Plc, who are looking for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join their team as Financial Analyst. This is a commercial role what will focus on group acquisitions, valuations and will offer exposure to all M&A activities.
Responsibilities include;
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Models to be used by senior management to assess potential investment opportunities;
- Perform Financial Analysis on a range of KPIs to assist in decision making;
- Business Partnering with multiple internal stakeholders in ensuring the correct accounting treatment is used for M&A activities.
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Requirements;
- Big 4/Top 10 recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA);
- Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deals, Transfer Pricing etc. experience preferred;
- Experience with Plc/Group Finance functions preferred;
- Interest in Finance Modelling and learning on the job;
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
