As a Finance Business Partner , you will provide essential support for financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance across core departments. Acting as a key advisor, you will deliver financial insights, cost evaluations, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, helping to integrate financial objectives into departmental plans and ensuring streamlined, cost-effective operations within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct variance analyses to pinpoint key drivers, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and ROI analyses to support strategic decision-making and new initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends and forecasts.
- Drive cost control measures to help achieve financial targets and support budget management.
- Partner with senior leadership to incorporate financial strategies into core business objectives, promoting effective decision-making.
- Act as the primary finance liaison for corporate functions, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Translate financial insights into accessible language for non-financial managers and support business cases for corporate investments.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 1-3 years PQE within an industry role.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence senior leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and ongoing process improvement.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
