Finance Analyst – North Dublin – office based two days per week – up to €75,000
This global multinational company has experienced significant growth in recent years both domestically and internationally. The Commercial Finance Team based in North Dublin is now looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join the team. The role will include lots of analysis, financial modelling and reporting to ensure informed & effective decisions are made across the business.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis – analysing data & trends, providing insights & recommendations, developing financial models to aid business planning and decision making.
- Financial Reporting – monthly management accounts, variance analysis and KPI dashboards, assist with financial statements too!
- Budgeting & Forecasting – support the annual process, monitor & analyse variances and suggest solutions quickly eliminating any risk
- Cost & Data Management – analyse expenses, identify trends and potential cost saving opportunities. Automate processes where possible. Keep all records up to date
- Risk & Compliance Management – ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, identify & remove risk where possible
Requirements
- Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained with 1 – 2 years pqe
- Experience in a commercial finance role would be great, but not essential if you can demonstrate strong business acumen
- Good financial modelling experience would be preferred, good MS Excel and naturally attention to detail will be essential
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal – to ensure collaboration across a variety of teams
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to link financial performance and operations with business strategy naturally will be needed – this role will require a commercial outlook, so natural curiosity is essential
Remuneration
Up to €75,000 depending on experience, plus up to 15% bonus, 5% pension & 25 days annual leave
