This is an executive level CFO position with a leading International Insurance company.
Responsibilities
- Lead a number of team to ensure financial reporting requirements are met
- Ensure processes and policies are in place for both Solvency II and Irish Companies Act reporting (IFRS17) purposes including the calculation and review of actuarial reserves.
- Manage a large team of both Accountants and Actuaries (over 30 people)
- Management of relevant treasury activities
- Capital Management
Qualifications
- Either a qualified actuary or accountant with a minimum of 10 years experience in Insurance
- Previous CFO/Head of Finance experience a pre-requisite
- Previous experience of managing a large team
- Strong capital management experience
