Cairn has a unique opportunity for a high calibre Investment Graduate to join our Business Development Team. This is an 18 month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities;
- Support the maintenance and due diligence of our internal portfolio / financial appraisals.
- Support early-stage business planning and development assessment of the private, commercial, rental, and affordable sector.
- Work with members of the Investment Team in providing accurate financial modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio for review by the Head of Investment.
- Work cross functionally in compiling, preparing and finalising development appraisals to support key decision making.
- Market research across all real estate sectors in Ireland and globally.
- Support feasibility and sensitivity analysis etc. of potential acquisition opportunities for the business.
- Issuing regular reports on Cairn’s extensive portfolio options to be reviewed by senior members of the Investment Team.
The candidate;
- Qualification: Not limited to but would be an advantage. Property Economics, Real Estate Valuations, Property Development
- A keen interest in real estate development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail-orientation.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
- The ability to work independently using their own initiative.
- A clean driving license and have access to vehicle.
