Position Overview:
Tranzio seeks a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, the CFO will drive financial planning, guide business strategy, and ensure alignment with Tranzio’s long-term objectives. Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Shape and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth ambitions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to provide actionable insights based on robust financial analysis and forecasting.
- Lead the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Financial Oversight and Reporting:
- Direct all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Ensure financial reports adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal standards of accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, executive-level management reports, and presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and enhance profitability.
Operational Excellence:
- Optimize financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

- Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and driving profitability in a fast-paced environment.
