Corporate Finance Executive – Investment Banking - Dublin
Our client is an International Investment Bank, with offices in Dublin, London and Manhattan focusing on delivering a range of M&A and Corporate Finance Advise to a unique set of global clients within the Tech Ecosystem from Early stage through to Mature IPO led businesses.
Duties:
- Working across a range of activities from developing and delivering broad M&A and corporate finance advice including a focus on valuations, financing structures and acquisitions/disposals advice as well as advising a board level on M&A Strategies.
- Assisting in the provision of robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling, written documents, and project management.
- Developing relationships with the investors and lenders we engage with on behalf of clients covering Technology, Med-Tech, Fintech and Clean Tech.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Corporate Finance Associate who has gained at least 3-4 years’ experience within an M&A and or Corporate Finance setting across either Investment Banking Transaction services Advisory.
Strong Financial Modelling skills are seen as essential to the success of this role as are excellent presentation and communication skills along with excellent academics.
