On behalf of our client, a global Real Estate and Investment firm, we are looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst to join the London team.
The Role:
- Analytical support to asset management on all metrics on UK portfolio of assets.
- Review and manage investor related reports for data, commentary and accuracy.
- Management and reporting on venture specific cap ex requirements and cashflow forecasts.
- Managing external third party relationships where necessary including the property portfolio managers.
Requirements:
- Third Level qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Mathematical discipline.
- Desire to understand, visit and embed themselves into the portfolio and asset details.
- Proficiency in/experience using the Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
