Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. This permanent role is based in Dublin and offers a competitive salary of €70-80k, along with a range of benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor performance against financial targets
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Support decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Provide analysis on key business metrics to drive operational efficiency
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques
- Proven track record in delivering actionable insights through data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Educational Requirements
- A recognised accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) or relevant degree
