WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking an efficient and motivated Treasury Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Dublin Office. The successful candidate will oversee daily payments and funding requirements. This role demands a motivated individual who can meet tight deadlines with a high standard of accuracy. Additionally, the role requires close cooperation with external stakeholders and internal departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Organisation and monitoring of payment inbox
- Preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments on a daily basis
- Monitoring of bank balances and funding of assigned accounts
- Follow up on compliance queries or payment issues with the bank
- Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external parties, including banks and financial institutions.
- Working with and supporting other Treasury team members where necessary
- Participate in cross-training with other Treasury teams to ensure coverage and continuity of operations.
- Provide support to ongoing Treasury projects, contributing to their successful execution.
- Prepare and deliver other ad hoc reports as required, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy

- Transaction Experience: Previous experience handling high-value transactions is advantageous, highlighting the ability to manage complex and significant financial activities.

- Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Finance or Treasury role, showcasing a deep understanding of financial operations and treasury functions.
- Process Efficiency and Improvement: Proven track record in driving process efficiency and implementing improvements, contributing to operational excellence.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and FIS Integrity is highly desirable.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to continuously learn and improve skills, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
