Location: Dublin West, 3-4 days WFH
Communicate Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturing in their search for a Group Finance Manager to join their team. Working within this high performing team, the Group Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finance operations of the company at a European level.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of consolidated accounts (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
- Assist with external audits and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, filling of tax submissions and regulatory compliance
- Assist FP&A team with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analysis of Group performance, providing trends and insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Provide input into strategic business planning and long-term strategies
Person Specification:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
- 3-6 years' PQE
- Experience within a similar industry beneficial
- Experience working at a group level beneficial
- Strong technical ability and people management skills
