We are looking for a Workplace Associate Manager in our Office Operations Team to work across a number of our Ireland locations and to be at the forefront of service delivery for our people, clients and partners. We seek a personality that can work with autonomy and pace and flex their style to ensure the highest standard of service to support the business. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence.
What you’ll do
We're looking for an organized, creative, and strategic thinker to lead a team of Specialists in delivering and managing a number of services including Facilities Maintenance, Catering, Customer Services and Mail & Print. You would work closely with our Real Estate, Risk, Technology and Projects teams to drive and champion change and innovation in our buildings and create a worldclass working environments for all employees.
This person will focus on upholding, scaling, and evolving Accentures Workplace standards across the portfolio. We need someone who brings both creativity and experience. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by constantly adapting and evolving the workplace environment to the business needs.

Your day to day
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Performance and career development of the Office Operations team
- Anticipate and react to the ever-changing business requirement within our portfolio
- Work closely with the Projects and Technology teams to ensure our buildings reflect established best practices, as well as evolving operational needs and user feedback
- Be the Service Owner for vendors including but not limited to: Customer Services, Catering, Hospitality & Events and Facilities Management
- Manage in-house Events which include multiple high-profile Global Events
- Manage Vendors through regular SLA and contract reviews
- Financial planning, forecasting and spend control
- Customer Relationship Management on a large scale
- Identify and propose service change that adds value
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
People management and performance development
Who You Are
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team to work towards common goals
- The ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative either independently or as part of a team
- A quick thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an aptitude for creativity and the ability to adapt as required
- Confident, determined and assured demeanour, especially in high pressure or critical situations
- Excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Resilient and able to work at pace
- Adaptable, creative and innovative decision maker
- Proven team player
- 5+ years’ experience within a multinational company – preferred
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors or large internal teams – ideal
