Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership - Work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to drive business performance and long-term growth.
- Growth & Expansion - Support business growth strategies, including evaluating potential acquisitions.
- Financial Excellence - Design and implement best-in-class financial processes, ensuring governance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Cash Flow & Profitability - Optimise working capital, cash flow management, and profitability to support expansion.
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead financial planning with insightful analysis that informs decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
What You Bring
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Senior financial leadership experience, ideally in a scaling or commercially focused environment.
- Strong track record in financial planning, forecasting, and business improvement.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership teams.
- Experience in acquisitions and integrations is a plus but not essential.
