Snapshot of the role
You will be working in a talented team of Engineers and work closely with our Head of Product and Lead Developer to build out and support our Recruitment Marketing product.
This space is evolving at a rapid pace and you’ll get a chance to really shape the future of the platform. You’ll be designing, testing and shipping code into the hands of our customers on a daily basis.
We like to move fast and practice continuous delivery. To do that effectively we focus on designing and writing clean code (100% test coverage) on top of anti-fragile infrastructure (using Infrastructure as Code) on AWS.
That foundation gives us the courage to deliver many times a day into our production environment that is hosted in multiple AWS regions. and built on Ruby on Rails, backed by MySQL.

This role can be remote but ideally we would prefer someone that's happy to come into the office regularly. Our office is in Dublin.
