Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience coding in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design.
- Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
- Experience in one or more of the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools and testing frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years work experience, including experience in networking, storage, systems architecture, compilers, operating systems or modeling and analysis.
- Experience in network programming or developing/designing large software systems.

Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify gaps, error patterns, and opportunities for system improvement.
- Design, develop, integrate and test the features for B4 availability, scaling, New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Debug/Root cause issues in an integrated B4 ecosystem including traffic engineering and admission control.
- Prioritize work and ensure that incremental progress is made even if the issues at hand are difficult to solve in a short period of time.
- Help team members and partner teams in understanding the context, and solve the right issue at the right time.
