ReactJS Frontend Developer
Job Description: Our client, based in Dublin, is seeking a ReactJS Frontend Developer with strong Azure experience to join their innovative development team on a contract basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and robust frontend solutions. This is a 6 month minimum hybrid contract role in Dublin City centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop user interface components and implement them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Integrate frontend code with existing databases, APIs, and other backend systems.
- Ensure all code is written to high standards and actively participate in code reviews.
- Maintain and improve website, optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and cloud services, especially Azure.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pure frontend development using ReactJS.
- Proven experience in integrating frontend applications with cloud services, particularly Azure.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with other front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
