We are seeking an Accounting / Finance graduate looking to grow their skill set and develop their career in a supportive environment. The role will have full responsibility of the invoicing and accounts receivable function as well as an opportunity to work in other areas of the finance team. This is a broad role where you will become an invaluable member of the finance team.

What you will do:
- Be responsible for invoicing customers from start to finish - raising order forms to customers, preparing invoices, sending statements, settling invoices, and updating the CRM
- Be responsible for the reconciliation of usage on the platform and preparation of invoices when needed for additional usage
- Assist in the preparation of internal management information and management reporting
- Assist in the data quality of the CRM system
- Assist in any internal projects to streamline and digitalise the finance department
- Assist in reporting to regulators and internal audits
- Resolve queries both internally and externally
- Review of existing procedures and suggestions for improvements where required
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related discipline
- Interest in future study for ESG related qualifications / Accountancy qualification
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and meet internal deadlines as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask is critical
- Strong technical skills
- Energetic and results focused
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally
