Salary: €110,000 - €130,000 plus bonus & benefits
Our Client
Our client is a VC Backed Irish SME business that has grown through expansion in recent years who are on track to have double digit growth in 2025. In order for this to happen successfully, they are seeking a Head of Finance & Operations to join their team in a newly created role.

Role and Reporting Lines
This role will be the most senior person in finance and will report to the founders and VC firm. Managing a small team of finance and operational professionals, the role will be varied to include:
- Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements
- Financial modelling, monthly projections and cashflow planning
- Working with the commercial team to set realistic/tangible budgets and forecasts coupled investigating variances
- Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance across various structures
- Finance Operations - Hands-on involvement
- Banking - quarterly banking compliance certificate completions, managing senior debt function
- Fundraising - understanding banking facility agreements and overview of the various lenders and funding options available in the Irish market
- Tax planning, liaising with tax advisors
- Ad hoc project work at the request of the VC firm
