ITAS Accounting is a growing firm of Accountants, Tax Advisors and Registered Auditors. We are seeking an experienced office administrator. We are looking for someone with strong time organisational skills, Excellent attention to detail, Clear communicational skills both verbal and written. Good analytical and listening skills.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Data Entry and Bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients on a monthly/bi-monthly basis
• Preparation and completion of VAT Returns
• Weekly/Monthly Payroll for multiple clients
• Preparation of Company Secretarial Services
• Dealing with client queries & Liaising with Revenue on their behalf
• Maintenance of filing and recording of relevant documentation
• Dealing with client calls, post and archiving duties
• Assist with ad-hoc duties
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 1 – 3 years Accountancy Practice Experience.
• Business related Degree / Accounting Technician qualification is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience or desire in learning with preparing accounts, payroll, VAT and bookkeeping
