Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership - Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with expansion plans.
- Commercial & Operational Excellence - Provide financial insights to enhance profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Corporate Finance & Transactions - Lead M&A, capital raising, and strategic investments.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Manage relationships with banks, investors, and strategic partners.
- Risk & Compliance - Ensure financial governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Execution of Strategic Initiatives - Build financial models to support business growth and innovation.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a science-driven, manufacturing, or distribution business.
- Strong track record in corporate finance, M&A, and capital raising.
- Ability to navigate complex commercial environments and provide strategic insights.
- Experience partnering with leadership teams, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Advanced financial modelling, risk management, and compliance expertise.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA qualification is highly desirable.
