Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a Growing Financial Services Company to hire a Financial Analyst for their Dublin operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process
- Develop financial models to assess business scenarios, pricing strategies, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Create, review, analyse and report budgets, plans, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant - (ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/ CA/ ACA)
- Prior experience working in FP&A or Financial Analyst role
- Proficient in Excel, Data Analysis and Financial Modeling
