The Invenire Group are currently working with a Global Asset Manager who are looking to bring in a Finance Analyst to join their growing Finance function based in Dublin.
The firm is seeking to recruit an individual to support its global accounting teams with a variety of responsibilities, including regulatory reporting and filing, closing monthly books and records, conducting accounting analysis and management reporting, and assisting with other finance-related activities across North America and EMEA.
This role requires a highly analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the global finance team with regulatory filings across their jurisdictions.
- Assist in closing monthly books and records across regions, including North America and EMEA.
- Perform reconciliations and cash management for company accounts.
- Contribute to financial statement preparation and oversee the completion of audits.
- Assist in the preparation of internal management reporting materials.
- Participate in global finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Adopt a flexible approach to adapt to the evolving needs of the team.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and recommend improvements in workflows.
- Collaborate with the global finance team to prepare ad hoc items as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of three years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a large accounting firm or a relevant industry.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA)
