2. The Role
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of various corporate finance transactions, including M&A deals, financial due diligence, and valuations. This role is ideal for a recently qualified accountant with an audit background, looking to transition into the corporate finance space. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in financial modeling and analysis.
- Supporting deal execution from origination to completion.
- Conducting research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and financial documents.
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders as part of transaction advisory services.
3. The Person
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), with strong analytical skills and an audit background, eager to step into the corporate finance sector. The role is particularly suited to individuals who:
