Title: Finance Director, FBP

We are seeking a Director of Financial Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Director of Financial Business Partnering at you will be instrumental in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and contributing to the financial success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned business unit portfolio P&L and work with operational leadership on a daily basis to manage the business
- Develop, prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts including budget reconciliations and supporting analysis for your business unit portfolio
- Lead financial and margin initiatives with senior leadership to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary
- Work with Operational leadership and their senior leadership team to develop and build annual budgets
- Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets
- Present business case studies to senior leadership in support of capital expenditures
- Present monthly forecast and business unit metrics to senior leadership team
Key Skills:
- Qualified Financial Professional aligned to Irish body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA Ireland)
- Experience managing large teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and strategic financial management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
