Your new role
- Analysing business performance, evaluating costs, and providing constructive feedback to management.
- Experience in cost accounting is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in financial reporting.
- Leading external group reporting.
- Coordinating management accounts preparation.
- Compiling and presenting financial and management reports for senior leadership review.
- Assisting with business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Supervising the treasury function, including managing foreign exchange.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be a Fully Qualified Accountant.
- 3-5 experience in a manufacturing background.
- Experience in cost and management accounting.
- Develop reporting processes independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience of leading and mentoring a team.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central.
- Power is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
- Salary 75k – 90K DOE
- Pension 3% company contribution after 6-month probation.
- Health €400 per year.
- AL – 22 days.
- Accountancy membership paid.
- Hours : 8–4.30 pm
- Hybrid : 4 days in the office, one day at home.
