Location: South Dublin
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid - 2 days WFH
Compensation: €65-70k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Our client, a world-leading Plc and Irish success story, is recruiting a Finance Business Partnering Analyst to its best-in-class FBP team. This role will suit a recently qualified Big 4 trained ACA with a natural affinity for strategic business. This role works closely with the global senior leadership team, the majority of whom are based in the Dublin HQ, and will see the successful candidate involved across budgeting, forecasting , data analysis, trend insights and communicating same across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly forecasts and variance analysis
- Work closely with departmental budget owners
- Preparation of monthly reporting packages, to include value-adding commentary and analysis
- Own aspects of the annual budget preparation
Key Skills
- Newly qualified Big 4 ACA with an analytical mindset and commercial acumen
- Ability to work with large data sets, draw out insights and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills
