Our client has 20 offices nationwide providing a range of homecare and specialist care services.
About you:
Previous experience in healthcare/social care setting is essential.
Prior experience of working as a Scheduler / Business Admin / Care Coordinator / Office Administrator in a home care company or within a health care setting. Experience working with One Touch Rostering System is a distinct advantage.
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for healthcare employees and clients (answer phone calls and respond to emails).
- Coordination & management of field-based care staff/ healthcare professionals and their daily schedules using One touch rostering system.
- Assist in the recruitment/HR process, arrange cover and provide office administrative support. Maintain accurate records, provide reports, maintain confidentiality.
- Take part in the out of hours emergency on-call rota. (This will only be required after you receive full training & have been assessed as competent to provide appropriate guidance & advice in emergency situations.)
- Use IT systems to allocate care staff to provide care & support to customers / patients.
- Other office administrative/operational duties as assigned by the manager.
