AuxiliaGroup Recruitment is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our client, a scaling company in the technology sector. The position will offer a hybrid working model. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Kildare.
Role:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth objectives, including organic expansion and M&A activity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board regarding financial performance and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Monitor key financial metrics to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support M&A initiatives.
- Lead due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification within Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional certification would be an advantage
- Proven track record in a senior financial role.
- Experience in M&A processes, including due diligence, financial structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
- Strategic accounting and raising of capital experience
- Knowledge of international financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
