CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER - MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
The Client
Our client is a top tiered International M&A firm to appoint a Manager for its Irish office based in Dublin.
The Challenge
Working on mid-market deal sizes, candidate will be capable of working in a team with entrepreneurs on the sale of their businesses and subsequent input into the management of the sale process.
The candidate will contribute to fundraising strategies, reaching out to private equity, family offices, banks and other third parties to ensure most attractive deal reached.
Identification, analysis and appraisal of potential investment opportunities for the firm to enhance its own PE portfolio
Other more traditional corporate finance duties will include:
- pre - sale planning/advisory work
- preparation and presentation of client presentations and pitch documents in PowerPoint and word
- detailed LBO financial modelling
- performing company valuations, investor returns analysis
The Candidate
A qualified ACA, ACCA or CFA, candidates should possess M&A deal execution experience though applications are welcome from individuals in Transaction Services looking to move into lead advisory. With a desire to make a real impact, candidate will have a genuine entrepreneurial streak and the ability to take on increasing responsibility including managing and mentoring Analysts. Strong interpersonal skills.
