Corporate Finance Executive. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with an audit background who is passionate about transitioning into corporate finance. The firm specialises in M&A, capital raising, financial restructuring, and strategic consulting for middle-market, family-owned companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring.
- Create financial models, perform valuations, and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Over three years of experience in audit, with a strong interest in corporate finance.
- Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated to transition into corporate finance, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory.
