A Global Asset Manager with an established operation in Dublin is seeking to recruit a Qualified / Finalist level Accountant to join as a Finance Analyst
The firm are seeking to grow their Irish presence over the coming years, this will create opportunities for advancement & development whilst also allowing the new hire to have a much broader role initially
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Review variance analysis and provide commentary
- Analyse cost expenditure and highlight trends
- Participation in the quarterly analysis of fund profitability
- Identifying what is driving revenue and costs with the ability to explain these drivers
- Completion of full suite of Irish regulatory returns
- Production of year-end financial statements. Leading the Audit process
- Produce monthly management accounts pack
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (or finalist level) ACA/ACCA or similar
- Audit or Corporate Accounting experience with a focus on Financial Services
- Exposure to Asset Management (Clients or Industry) highly advantageous
- Technically strong across IFRS / Financial Analysis
We are seeking to speak with 2023 /2024 Qualified Accountants with exposure to Asset Management and a desire to take on more commercial and strategic work - this position will have significant business partnering so a strong communication and interpersonal skill set it desired
