twentyAI are partnered with an exciting financial services firm who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to come into the business to work with and support country heads. The business has operations globally and is scaling at pace due to organic growth and its high-profile acquisitions.
The work centres around working with specific country heads across the business to provide support. You'll be reporting into the Deputy CFO, and will have a number of responsibilities, including Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Business Partnering. You'll be required to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, lead country budgeting processes, and preparing country presentations and managing communication requirements for legal entity budgets. Someone with past experience looking after country heads would work well here.
The business likes individuals who can operate autonomously. They are a fast-paced company who need people that are willing to get stuck in and take the initiative. They don’t need people that need to be told what to do every step of the way, but rather someone who can proactively solve problems before being asked to. The business is in the midst of largescale transformation, and someone who’s experience lies predominantly in larger PLC environments may struggle with the fast-paced nature of this environment.
Role Requirements:
- Over a decade of experience following qualification.
- Demonstrated expertise in a senior finance position, emphasizing leadership and strategic financial oversight.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying key messages to the organization and creating financial presentations.
- High level of proficiency in financial management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning, and Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
