An opportunity for a Senior Database Developer to join one of the world’s largest banks. You’ll be working in the Risk Finance Technology team, solving complex business problems with cutting-edge relational and NoSQL database solutions. The team is based in Dublin, with hybrid working – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
About your new Job
- Design and develop relational and NoSQL database solutions for risk management applications.
- Work closely with business users, analysts, and development teams to build best-in-class financial technology solutions.
- Optimise database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes.
What skills you need
- Comprehensive SQL Server development experience.
- Strong T-SQL skills for writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with performance tuning, optimisation, and index management.
- NoSQL database experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
