Role Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software development, with experience in front end frameworks (preferably Angular), .NET CORE and experience with non-relational databases. This role also requires excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to take ownership of you work, while delivering high quality results.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Maths or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Angular (preferred) or a similar front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Strong experience with .NET Core for back-end development.
- Familiarity with non-relational databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Couchbase, Cassandra).
- Solid understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of work, including the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills and Experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience or interest in Asset management.
