What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?
- Bachelor degree in software engineering or relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of Web API and general SOA techniques.
- Basic knowledge in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Vue.js, Angular, React…).
- Basic level of skill in the following:
- Microsoft C# programming language
- .NET Core
- Modern application architecture/design

We are currently recruiting for an entry level Software Engineer to join our one of our Engineering teams in technology. This role will be based out of our Dublin office supporting the global engineering team in delivering key initiatives for the business and its clients.

What is your role and your responsibilities?
Contribute to the team-wide use of metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, and DORA or equivalent) to optimise team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Adopt a ‘product growth’ engineering mindset, brainstorm new ideas, be highly data-driven, use experimentation with metrics to improve conversions and a product's core values (i.e., drive the build, measure, continue or kill cycle).
