Role: Program Manager 7M FTC
Location: Dublin

You will help to build, implement, and run strong operational processes and programs to support the strategic objectives of this function. You will develop expertise and knowledge of commercial acumen, end-to-end processes, tools and initiatives to deliver strategic objectives.
This role is fast paced and high profile. We are looking for individuals that have either proven programme management and delivery expertise or a strong commercial acumen background.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and Mobilize Programs
- Implement standard project management rigor such as governance structure, project planning, status reporting and risk & issue management
- Continuously strive to contribute by identifying process efficiencies or through innovative solutions
- Leading virtual and in-person workshop sessions, as needed, with teams globally
- Provide coordination among teams as needed to ensure a multidisciplinary view
- Work with cross-functional areas, ensuring cross team involvement is occurring as needed
- Excellent judgment, ability to prioritize and make decisions, and a high level of common sense
- Directly handle key risks and issues
Eye For Business
- Focus on improving the commercial experience for our Client Account Leads and their account teams
- Strong focus on commercial savvy, reducing ‘noise’ to CALs where possible and ensuring CALs and account teams are aware of their commercial responsibilities
Collaborate
- Build solid relationships and working as a team to deliver end to end outcomes
- Collaborate and confidently share success with colleagues from other areas of Accenture
Relationships
- Reports to: AIL Programs & Operations Lead
- Successfully collaborate with global teams
- Experience in stakeholder & relationship management
People Development and Culture
- Embracing the matrix organization and championing shared success
Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years of client facing experience
- Ability to work with and handle resources remotely
- BA required.
Required Skills
- Experience with strategic change enablement, process change and/or project management
- Ability to drive delivery and outcomes
- Established program management and organization skills – ability to effectively supervise
- Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Effective leadership presence – ability to build strong rapport with Accenture leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex activities across multiple streams of work
- Ability to be flexible and agile, able to set clear priorities and follow through in the face of ambiguity
- Knowledge of delivery methods desirable
- Strong people skills – building credibility and buy in for the change needed – both at leadership and at team level
- Ability to connect, collaborate and coach effectively with others in a multi-cultural, multi-location team environment, from junior to most senior levels of Accenture
