Our client is looking for a dynamic Trade Counter Sales professional to join their team in Cork.
In this role, you will interact directly with customers at the trade counter, process sales transactions, and offer expert product advice. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a solid understanding of trade products, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service at the trade counter by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services available, keeping up with industry trends and product updates to offer accurate and up-to-date information.
- Efficiently manage sales transactions, including processing orders, handling payments, and issuing receipts, while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and resolving any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming trade counter environment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide technical assistance when needed.
Required Skills and Experience: - Proven sales experience, preferably within a trade counter or retail setting.
- Strong product knowledge, particularly in the plumbing industry, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with the capability to engage and assist a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
