The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage the recruitment process, matching skilled candidates with the right healthcare opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare organisations and professionals.
- Source and screen candidates using innovative strategies to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet placement targets.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in recruitment or has transferable skills (experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage).
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.
- Familiar with the Irish healthcare sector (desirable but not essential).
