Our client is leading credit provider based in Dublin. They are seeking a Finance & Risk Analyst on a full time, permanent basis. This role focuses on managing and analysing financial risk, regulatory reporting, and data quality for the business. It would be ideal for a recently qualified accountant coming out FS within Big 4 or similar.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality for regulatory reporting and financial risk analysis.
- Monitor and analyse credit portfolios, risk parameters, and provisions (e.g., IFRS 9).
- Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory and operational projects.
- Contribute to the design of systems and processes for better risk management and reporting.
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Trained within the FS department of a top tier advisory firm, banking or similar
- Background in audit, finance, risk management, or accounting
- Team-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
