Description Our Supply Chain Automation, Insights and Monitoring team is dedicated to solving complex global supply chain challenges using advanced technology and innovative solutions. As a Graduate Software Developer / Data Scientist, you will: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand critical supply chain challenges. • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that use automation, optimization, and machine learning to improve supply chain processes and decision-making. • Analyze and model data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Build and enhance scalable systems for supply chain data integration, reporting, and visualization. • Develop tools and algorithms for optimizing inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning. • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve tools and models to meet evolving business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc (Hons), M.Sc, or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, completing in 2023 or later.
- A minimum of a 2.1 (Hons) degree is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience in developing machine learning models or optimization algorithms.
- Understanding of data processing pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization
- tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical
- concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-
- learn).
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases.
- Exposure to supply chain management concepts or operations research.
- Experience with DevOps tools, containerization (e.g., Docker), and version control
- systems (e.g., Git).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
