Your new opportunity
Energia, part of Energia Group, have an exciting opportunity for Site Supervisors based in Northern Ireland or South West Ireland.
Reporting to the Lead Area Supervisor, these key roles will have the responsibility of monitoring, managing and reporting on the performance of both existing wind farm sites and those in development in the Republic of Ireland / Munster region and Northern Ireland. The role will be focused on our 4 pillars of operational priority – Safety of Personnel, Safety of Environment & Plant, Availability & Efficiency. As Energia Renewable Operations are ISO55001 accredited to Asset management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO18001 OHSAS, and ISO9001 Quality Management, this role will be heavily driven by upholding these key standards and requirements of the business. The role includes on-call responsibilities for evening and weekend cover due to the 24hr operation of the assets, but flexibility is always afforded.
This role will require the candidates to attend various locations in ROI / NI as is required, (wind farms, renewable assets, new technologies) but will primarily be based either in the Republic of Ireland, more specifically the Munster region or Northern Ireland. Travel to other Energia sites and office locations will also be required, in addition to providing regular support to other site supervisors. As the majority of Energia’s assets and personnel are present in Dublin and Northern Ireland, an amount of travelling will be expected to engage with other team members on an on-going basis.

- Full, clean driving license, and a willingness to travel to other locations for various reasons as required.
- Comprehensive level of IT knowledge/ computer skills / Microsoft Office and email.
If you are enthusiastic about this role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Your past experiences might be the perfect match for this or other positions, making you the unique talent we’re looking for.
