Role Description
Engineering Maintenance Technician will be responsible for everyday upkeep and maintenance of a high speed automated bakery. This will include regular and planned maintenance, unplanned maintenance on all equipment including facilities.
Day to Day
- Trouble shooting and repairs on Bakery Equipment
- Scheduled work orders and projects
- Liaise with all departments on site
- Complete all relevant documentation for work carried out
- Participate in appropriate training
- Flexibility to work on all equipment and utilities as required
- Available to work shift work
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 Years Industrial experience (Food Manufacturing an advantage)
- Mechanical and Electrical fault finding experience
- Experience of Bakery systems an advantage
- Available for Callout or overtime duties if required
Qualifications Required
- Professional Qualification (Electrical/Mechanic) or Time served Apprenticeship
Working Hours.
- This a 4 Day/4 Night Rolling Shift Pattern.

Pay: €61,000.00-€64,000.00 per year
