The role
Are you an IT professional with 2–4 years of experience in general IT support? Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and eager to expand your IT expertise? Are you an effective communicator? If so, we want you to join our team as an IT Support Executive!
Key Responsibilities
Communicating with the client in a positive and friendly manner.
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and software.
Work with and manage the server, workstation, network, and security infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in diverse IT environments.
Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
Maintain documentation of technical support activities and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures at all times.
Key Requirements
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, OR 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Onsite role Monday to Friday
