6 Month Contract – Hybrid – Cork

My client is a world leading company. They have an immediate requirement for a Full stack developer / DevOps Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well known and highly successful company based in Cork. This is a hybrid role and initially for 6 months but could extend.
About the Position
Our client requires a DevOps specialist to join their team initially on a contract basis.
You will join an infrastructure team and in this role, you will work on automation for hardware design, verification, high-level modelling, driver, compiler and performance. They are looking for Devops engineers with expertise in SystemVerilog ideally (design or verification) and Python (command-line and full-stack web) to support their design and verification teams. Your tasks will range from design automation and documentation to managing complex workflows involving large Linux and Windows compute farms and to developer a web based application to assist their engineers to test and model simulations.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
1-5 years experience in related fields.
Strong programming skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with development in Python and full-stack Web
SystemVerilog for design or verification (Not required)
Jenkins, CI/CD, Airflow, Linux, Windows, Python and its ecosystem, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Splunk, Docker/Kubernetes, Jira, Git, Perforce, Artifactory
Experience with GPU HW or SW
Remuneration Package
A generous daily rate in line with experience will be on offer to suitable candidates.
