Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Performance Measures
Directly support Client’s Sustainability, Energy, Carbon and Net Zero goals.
The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Facilities asset energy assessments
Energy consumption analytics includes data extraction, analysis and trending/reporting
Energy consumption management by monitoring and using targets/thresholds
Develop and expand energy performance indicators using Client’s i4 Connected energy data management system
Support for ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification
Report writing & presentations.
Competencies
They will need to be a self-starter and good team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude to problem solving and goal setting.
Specific IT knowledge of databases such as SQL, Analysis tools Microsoft excel, PowerBI Tableau, Statistical tools R, JMP. Knowledge of Engineering systems such as SCADA, BMS, and electrical metering systems; facilities systems such as chillers, HVAC, boilers, pumps & fans. Good knowledge of instrumentation, metering, engineering units and data conversion. They also need to be well disciplined in regard to policies and procedures and have a keen eye for detail.
Required Qualifications
Have an academic background minimum Level 8 degree (Bachelors) in Energy Engineering or related discipline.
Must understand facilities data management systems and storage solutions such as Cimplicity, i4 Connected, SEEQ Discovery, and data lakes.
Specific experience and knowledge working with IT tools such as SQL and Microsoft applications.
Good knowledge of instrumentation, metering, engineering units and data conversion.
Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Good team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude to problem solving and goal setting.
Have sound knowledge of facilities systems such as chillers, HVAC, boilers, pumps & fans.
Very detailed oriented with a well-disciplined approach to policies and procedures.
Experience in the ISO50001 energy management system certification process.

At least two years’ direct experience with and knowledge of Client’s facilities data management systems: Cimplicity,
Scada portal,
