As the company enters an exciting phase of growth, they are seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner for a newly created role. This position will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, driving business performance, and supporting key decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and insights to support key decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into actionable strategies.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver insightful management reporting, including KPIs and dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and optimise financial systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate business opportunities and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including ROI, margin analysis, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CPA Qualified
- Minimum 3 years PQE in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
- Experience within the FMCG, hospitality or retail sector highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
