Your Key Responsibilities:
Join our forward-thinking team of solution architects and play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation within the financial sector. As a member of our team who is highly skilled on Salesforce implementations in the financial services industry, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and stay up to date with new features and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the more junior members in your development team.
- Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
- Manage client relationships, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by exploring new Salesforce technologies and third-party integrations that can enhance client solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce solution architect or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, complex Salesforce customizations, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- A strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience of working with the Agile methodology.
Ideally, you will also have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve the speed and quality of software development.
- Experience working in or with international teams, understanding of global markets, and the ability to navigate cultural differences.
- Experience in negotiating with and managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- A good understanding of modern technologies and architectural patterns. Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure is desirable.
- An understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and emerging FinTech trends.
