- Provide technical services to support civil engineering operations.
- Monitor and interpret dam instrumentation and ensure scheduled reporting.
- Manage civil and dam safety projects, including inspections and documentation.
- Oversee contractor management, site activities, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct topographical surveys and provide drafting support using AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Maintain station documentation, drawings, and work management systems.
- Participate in call-out and out-of-hours support when required.
Essential:
- NFQ Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Surveying.
- 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or surveying.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software and surveying equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
Desirable:
- Experience in dam safety or monitoring.
- Familiarity with safe systems of work and contractor site management.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and quality management processes.
- Residing near Ardnacrusha is preferred due to call-out responsibilities.
